Who are the players to watch out for?
Sameer Minhas has registered consecutive fifties, which helped Islamabad notch up back-to-back wins and move up the points table. Shadab Khan has also been effective with his all-round skills, while Lahore have put up a team effort so far, with Shaheen Shah Afridi their only player across the top 10 of the run-getters and wicket-takers list. Mohammad Naeem hit a match-winning 28-ball 60 in their last game against Multan Sultans.
Karachi are the only team with a 100 per cent record, with Hasan Ali, David Warner and Azam Khan all shining in their close win over Rawalpindiz last time out. Hasan Ali also leads the top wicket-takers chart with eight scalps. Peshawar, meanwhile, are fresh off a last-ball win over Hyderabad Kingsmen, but may want Babar Azam to move up a gear or two as he has scored his runs at a strike-rate of just 126.15.
