Watch: Shamar Joseph pushed Australia back early on day one of the first Test in Barbados today (June 25) with two quick wickets.
Choosing to bat first on a lively surface, Australia were in early trouble after Joseph, who shared the new ball with Jayden Seales, broke through twice in his first spell, removing the returning opener Sam Konstas and No.3 Cameron Green.
Joseph had involved in a war of words before the series, warning Konstas to "look out". He delivered on his promise, trapping the youngster lbw for three in the fourth over of the innings, a decision that West Indies successfully reviewed in their favour. Green was then caught at second slip off Joseph's fifth over, also for three as Australia succumbed to 14-2. Seales dismissed Josh Inglis soon to leave them 22-3 before an 89-run fourth-wicket partnership revived things for Australia.
