TNCA President's XI vs Himachal Pradesh

TNCA Presidents XI (274-10) gained a slender first innings lead after Himachal were bowled out for 214. Barring slight resistance from Akash Vashisht (55) and Sidhant Purohit (45), none of the other batters crossed 35. Achyuth CV was the star, picking up 5-51 in 14.3 overs. TNCA Presidents XI ended the day on 131-1, with both openers making fifties. They have a lead of 191 after the second day.

Mumbai vs TNCA XI

Mumbai (412-5) took the first innings lead, after TNCA XI managed 325-5 in their 90-over cut-off on Tuesday. Opener Tushar Raheja scored 137 in 216 balls, but he was unable to increase the tempo, as his team fell short of Mumbai's total. Musheer Khan, Sarfaraz's brother, picked up three wickets in 16 overs. Both teams will bat 45 overs each on the last day to ensure a result.

Jammu & Kashmir vs Indian Railways

Jammu & Kashmir made 393-5 in their 90 overs on day one, and took a first innings lead after Indian Railways could only make 220-8 in 89.3 overs. Opener Ashish Singh top-scored with 76, but the team soon collapsed to 157-7. Vanshaj Sharma, who has picked up two five-fors in two first-class matches, ended with 6-49.

Chhattisgarh vs Maharashtra

Prithvi Shaw was the star for Maharashtra, his new team that he is representing for the first time. Having switched from Mumbai before the start of the season, Shaw made 111 off 141 balls in a team total of 166 (when he was dismissed). Wicketkeeper Saurabh Nawale was the only other batter from the side to cross 25, as Maharashtra conceded a first innings lead.

Baroda vs Odisha

Odisha got close to Baroda's first innings total of 381, making 352. Swastik Samal's hundred (114 in 155) and Govind Poddar's quickfire 57-ball 71, with three sixes, kept Odisha in the hunt, but off-spinner Pradip Yadav kept chipping in with wickets, grabbing 5-90.

Haryana vs Bengal

Haryana had posted 415-9 in their 90 overs, and eked out a narrow 34-run lead after Bengal were shot out for 381. Bengal were 25-2 in 9.5 overs, but Sudip Gharami (45) and Anustup Majumdar (126) steadied the innings. Sumanta Gupta fell short of his hundred by two runs, while Abishek Porel struggled for momentum during his 90-ball 39. Haryana's Sumit Kumar grabbed a five-wicket haul.

Madhya Pradesh vs Jharkhand

MP have a strong advantage, after they scored 317-6 in the second innings, in reply to Jharkhand's 176 all out. Three of the top four reached 70 for Madhya Pradesh, with Rudransh Singh remaining not out on 93 off 166. By the end of the day, Jharkhand were 132-3 in 23 overs, still trailing by nine runs.

Punjab vs Hyderabad

The day started with India international Ramandeep Singh going beserk: He scored 48 runs in boundaries off his last 21 balls after Punjab's innings was cut short on day one due to rain. In reply, Hyderabad were 267-6 after the second day, trailing by 81 runs. Ramandeep also picked up a wicket, dismissing Hima Teja for 36.
